Which probably stopped the growth of that baby SCOBY, but my Kombucha Guru (Bacteria Pimp) said it was ok, it will just start another one & BOY did it, I'll do another Kombucha post soon showing what's going on in my second batch! It's prolly ready to bottle any day, but the new SCOBY is going crazy!<BR/>Are you brewing?
